Customer Notice:

As of 1st June 2020 our winter trading hours will officially take effect. It will be as follows: Mon – Thurs (12:00 – 19:00) Friday’s (14:00 – 20:00) Saturday’s (12:00 – 20:00) Sundays we are closed!

There will no longer be a cut-off time for placing orders. Orders can be placed anytime within our operating hours & is subject to availability.

Please note that our average turn around time for delivery is 55mins. However, during peak or high volume, the waiting period can be up to 75mins. If you would like your order to be delivered at a specific time, we strongly urge you to place your order early or well in advance

We will keep doing our best and try to ensure that your orders reach you in good time. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines as set out by the National Department of Health

ANNOUNCEMENT – 2 May 2020

Dear Customers

We will officially be back in operation as of Monday, 4th May 2020. We are truly grateful to be back at your service.

In accordance with government regulations and restrictions we are required to reduce our normal trading hours to comply with the regulated curfew. Our trading hours will be from Monday – Saturday (12:00 – 18:30) except for Fridays we will be closed between 12:30 ‐ 13:30.

To protect our staff and customers we will have limited staff available. This will of course affect our delivery times as well as the amount of orders we can process daily.

That being said and to maintain structure and ease, we have implemented a new and temporary (5 Step) ordering system. This new ordering system will come into effect on Monday, 4th May. The rules and guidelines of our new ordering system will be outlined in detail and can be found on our website please watch the presentation and familiarize yourself with it before placing an order with us.

Under these circumstances, we ask that you please be patient. We will keep doing our best and try to ensure that your orders reach you in good time. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines as set out by the National Department of Health.

UPDATE ON COVID-19

At Dial My Sushi our commitment to serve safe food to our customers will always remain our top priority.

Rest assured that we are taking extra precautions in an effort to stop the spread of Covid 19.

Additional sanitizer stations have been put in place in all areas of business. All staff have been briefed on the virus, as well as any and all health and safety measures to assist with avoiding any type of spread

At this stage we would like to encourage our customers to please make use of EFT payments rather than cash on delivery.
If EFT payments are not possible and cash transactions need to be made, please ensure that your hands are sanitised before and after the transaction is made, to safeguard our drivers and yourself.

Delivery personnel have been briefed and will take the necessary precautions of using sanitizers before and after deliveries are made.

We are open during this time, but will continue to make your safety our top priority and deliver the best service to you.
